SILVER Self Managers

CONGRADULATIONS to these amazing SILVER Self Mangers we have in Piako Rua. We are so proud of them and their achievements. This means that they are allowed to work in a special room we call Candy Land, get offered first choice in their activities and get offered to do all the extra helping hands stuff. This is a massive achievement and we are proud of these students. Definitely something to aspire to strive for excellence just like these guys! Well done Evie, Aria and Grayson W! Keep up the good work!!

Garden Explore

Today some of the kids opted into exploring around the garden and seeing all the yummy vegetables and fruit we found! We loved exploring, asking questions about why the fruit weren't yet ripe and which seasons they become ripe in. We had heaps of fun creating huts and sharing equipment in the outdoor classroom. Check out some of our photos and some of the things we found!

Te Puawai

It is so cool to see so many of our kids are wanting to opt into Te Puawai at school. This is the opportunity for our kinds to sing songs in Maori and learn a little bit about the Tikanga that surrounds it. Check out some of the kids in action singing their songs!!

Number Knoledge in Maths

Check out some of the independent work the kids did today in Maths! Great work team!
